We offer Danish pork of the very best quality.
First of all, it’s the hygienic production system in combination with the high sanitary level that provides us with our DK38 number.
That means that we are allowed to ship our products directly or indirectly to all global destinations.
The moderate line speed that we explicitly prefer in combination with Co2 stunning also contributes highly to the superior inherent quality of our products.
Especially with retail production in mind, we have replaced the traditional saw with a sophisticated carcass-splitting device, which prevents contamination with bone dust and ensures the best colour stability and freshness of the meat.
We supply excellent meat products of an enhanced quality because Danish pigs are fed with a high share of local produced grain products.
This produces meat superior in freshness, colour and shelf life. For example we give our fresh vacuum-packed tenderloins as much as 28 days’ shelf life.
An additional advantage is the low drip loss, which is of special importance for retail pre-packing, and which also offers substantial advantages in the further processing of the meat.
Due to the conditioned slaughtering process a steady PH-value can be guaranteed. Furthermore we can offer weight selections, because of special weighing devices installed in our cutting department.
Independent veterinarians continually control animals and meat. We can therefore guarantee that our products are of the very best quality.
